What does pre-opening mean and what are its implications?
During this period, our residential complex will be completed. Only a few minor details will remain to be fine-tuned. Everything will be in place for our first customers to enjoy a comfortable, upscale experience. For them, it will be an opportunity to access a luxurious, exclusive property at an attractive price. And for us, it will be an opportunity to gather their feedback and make any necessary improvements.
What happens if construction isn’t completed on schedule?
Our contractors have worked diligently on our facilities and are confident that they will be ready for our customers by the end of September 2024. However, we know that unexpected events can occur and we want to ensure that our customers feel secure in their decision to book with us. That’s why we guarantee a full refund if the opening date is changed. We value our customers’ time and money, and will inform them at least 30 days before their planned stay if there is a change to the scheduled opening date.
