Do you offer a cleaning service?

As we are a luxury apartment residence concept and not a traditional hotel, we offer cleaning on a daily basis only. So, for example, for a 2-week stay, a full cleaning will be performed on the 7th day. More regular housekeeping is available on request and at an additional cost.

Are children allowed?

Please note that our residences have been designed specifically for adults, in the sense that they are not suitable for children. However, we have no age restrictions.

Is there a minimum number of nights?

Given the type of establishment we operate, our policy is not to accept stays of less than 3 nights.

How do I get to my villa?

A code will be automatically emailed to you on the day of your arrival. This code will serve as the key to your villa door. Yan, our concierge, will be happy to assist you.

Are pets allowed?

We do not accept pets in our establishment.

Is there a restaurant on site?

There are several restaurants nearby, less than 5 minutes away.

Is there a market nearby?

Yes, the nearest one is 5 minutes away from our project.

Is the car included in the booking fee?

Yes, a compact car is included in the booking fee for stays of 7 nights or more to offer you a truly exclusive experience. Please note that any insurance or upgrade costs are your responsibility.
